Close any open Web browsers. Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc before starting Combofix. Temporarily disable your antivirus , and any antispyware real time protection before performing a scan.

Not that it didn't work first time but because of my pendrive, after running it the first time and opened files on my other drive i seemed to get infected again.

Linux is high security gives us. I had noticed about norton too, that I had viruses and Norton picked it up tryed to delete. So it could not download spy bot search and destroy and it fixed it first scan. Now, everything works fine. I have scanned the WD without doing the system restore and it seems clean no virus detected by avast.
