Each flat has a bathroom with a shower, also each flat has a TV and armchair with comfortable positioning. The flat and bathroom are cleaned each day as well as the bed is made in the morning.
Breakfast is served in a dining room on the ground floor and with plenty of staff to serve food. Lunches and diner are held in the lounge that serves each floor. Overall Standard. Treated with Dignity. Value for Money. I had a great time, eating delicious hot food at Norton House.
The care staff, day or night, are always ready to offer me support and assistance. From my first day at Norton House, I have always loved to join in, during the group social activities. The staff are kind and attentive.
The accommodation is clean and my relative seems to be content and well cared for. Very helpful and supportive staff and a friendly environment. My brother's well-being has much improved since he came to Norton House. I have only good things to say about Norton House, excellent service. I visited my husband once a week or so during this time. The staff were kind, friendly and efficient. My husband seems comfortable enough but said he would like his food to be tastier and more appealing particularly in the flavour.
Norton House is bright, modern and welcoming and I'm pleased that my husband is here. I think they will do what they can to improve the food for him. Staff are very kind. Norton House is like a hotel. The staff are kind. I would like to come back again. I am happy. I am glad I am receiving my medicine on time. The welcome at Norton House was excellent, the ensuing rapport with all the staff was equally warm, respectfully caring and personable at all times. The general atmosphere in this care home was one of peaceful contentment, cordial sociability at all levels and very civilized. My wife came a fortnight ago. I have visited half a dozen times and had a meal twice. The staff are friendly and very willing to provide help and service in any way.
My wife is shown kindness and respect and has settled in easily as a result. The home provides a wide range of activities which compliment the very high standard of care and professional and attentive conduct of the staff. The food is of a good standard. From the beginning I entered this care home I had a positive feeling about people they employ.
A friendly, well-trained team ensure high standards of care in a comfortable, caring and compassionate environment. Only visited a few times while on holiday here, but had a very nice experience with polite workers. The facility looks very well kept up and cheerful.
I never cease to be impressed with everything about Norton House; atmosphere, the decor, facilities and, most importantly, the wonderful care my friend receives from the staff.
