Since we have no idea what you've already tried we have little choice but to ask if you've done the basic troubleshooting steps first. I have lots of users running Outlook and more deploying daily and none of them so far have reported this issue.
So whatever's going on it's not some massive, widespread, bug that's collapsed the entire program. And since we have almost no idea what your system is or how it's different from the tens of thousands using Outlook successfully, we have to ask some questions.
